Most of these recipes for oils are meant to be diluted in
a carrier oil such as almond, jojoba, apricot kernel etc.,
unless otherwise specified. Test to make sure you are not
allergic to oils before applying them liberally.

Oils that Banish Negativity

A Blend to Minimize Anger A Blend to Alleviate Anxiety

A Blend to Minimize Anger

2 drops Neroli Oil
5 drops Lavender Oil
2 drops Roman Chamomile Oil

Pour the essential oils into a 10ml bottle
then add organic vegetable oil to fill.
Massage the solar plexus, the sacrum, and the abdomen.
Pour up to 15 drops into the bathtub and soak for at
least 15 min. Pour a few drops into the palms of your
hands and inhale deeply as needed during the day.
Use it during meditation and visualization exercises.

A Blend to Alleviate Anxiety
Especially helpful for those who have a deep and fearful
sense of loneliness that accompanies their anxiety.

2 drops Rose Oil
2 drops Roman Chamomile Oil
5 drops Marjoram Oil
4 drops Cypress Oil

In a 10-ml bottle, pour the essential oils and then
add organic vegetable oil to fill. Massage the solar
plexus, the sacrum, the abdomen, neck and forehead.
Pour up to 15 drops into the bathtub and soak for at
least 15 min. Pour a few drops into the palms of your
hands and inhale deeply as needed during the day.

A Blend to Ease Your Fears

2 drops Roman Chamomile
5 drops Marjoram
5 drops Lavender

In a 10-ml bottle, pour the essential oils and then
add organic vegetable oil to fill. Massage the solar
plexus, neck, and forehead. Pour up to 15 drops into
the bathtub and soak for at least 15 min. Pour a few
drops into the palms of your hands and inhale deeply
as needed during the day.

Two Blends to Relieve Depression

Morning Blend:
7 drops Orange Oil
8 drops Lemon Oil
6 drops Rosemary Oil
4 drops bay leaf Oil

In a 10-ml bottle, pour the essential oils and then
add the organic vegetable oil to fill. Massage the solar
plexus, the sacrum, and the abdomen. Pour up to 15 drops
into the bathtub and soak for at least 15 min. Pour a few
drops into the palm of you hands and inhale deeply as needed
during the day. Use it during meditation and visualization exercises.

Evening Blend:
1 drop Roe Oil
4 drops Ylang Ylang Oil
4 drops Orange Oil

In a 10-ml bottle, pour the essential oils and then
add organic vegetable oil to fill. Anoint the heart
chakra, neck and forehead before going to sleep. Pour
a few drops into the palm of your hands and inhale
deeply as needed during the day.
