Tarot Contemplation Ritual



Brief Ritual

1. Take from the 22 Major Arcana, numbers 6, 7, 10, 13, 15 and 18. Keep the remaining 16 cards with you while you perform the Relaxation Ritual (Relaxation Ritual).

2. Immediately following the Relaxation Ritual, shuffle the cards until you feel it is time to stop.

3. Select any one card and look at the picture on it for no more than three minutes.

4. Take three breaths and you are done.

5. Record the information in your diary, along with any ideas, feelings that you had. Extended Ritual (Meditation/Contemplation): Select any one card and look at the picture for about two to three minutes. Take a few deep breaths, and clear your mind as you focus on the card. -Be sure that your mind is clear and focused on the card. Imagine yourself as the main character in the card. You may change the sex of the main figure of the card so that the sex of that character matches your own. If there is no main character, or no human character, simply put yourself into the card anywhere. Visualize yourself in the card. -When you are certain that you have placed yourself within the surroundings of the card, slowly close your eyes. Be sure that your last physical image is of the card. While strongly concentrating on the fact that you are still "in" the card, will your psychic eyes open. Once your psychic eyes are open, look around. See everything in the card from the view of yourself within the card. Try to see what is behind the designs of which you can normally only see the front. Most importantly, determine if you can "see" anything beyond the edges of the card. Don't do anything, just look. Do not attempt to move or go anywhere.

Will your psychic eyes to close and return to normal consciousness. Record your experience, whether or not you experienced any unusual sights, sounds, smells, tastes, feelings, or sensations. Read this several hours after you have completed the ritual.

Circulation of the Body of Light
To know yourself, expand your aura, and remove unwanted influences from you area.



Perform a Relaxation Ritual, a protective circle casting ritual, and the Middle Pillar Ritual, but don’t visualize the Middle Pillar vanishing.

Part One: While visualizing the Middle Pillar, focus on Keter - the chakra sphere just above your head. See this brilliance in a state of extreme strength, needing to radiate out even more energy. See it sending a current of energy down into your head and to your left shoulder. Let the energy pass down the left side of your body to your left foot. Feel it move to your right foot, up the right side of your body, up to your head, and back up to Keter.

This motion should be synchronized with your breath – down the left side when you exhale, up the right side when you inhale. You should have the sensation of a circle of energy swirling around you. Move the energy, with your breath, in 6 to 10 cycles.

Feel free to move the energy out to the sides, to the ends of the universe. Most commonly, it’s seen as going out about three feet from one’s body. You can also try contracting the energy so that it only goes down the left of your spine and up the right of your spine.

Part Two: This is similar to Part One, but instead you should direct the energy from Keter down the front of your body, as you exhale, and up your back, returning to Keter, as you inhale.

Part Three: Revisualize the entire Middle Pillar. This time focus on Mahl-koot, at your feet. From the upper right side of this chakra see the energy curling up in a tight spiral to the front of your left leg. From here it continues around your back, and spirals up in a counter-clockwise motion, wrapping you like an Egyptian mummy, from your feet to your head.

You should feel a whirling of spiritual power as the pure spiritual light rises up in spirals to Keter. At Keter see the energy exploding out, like a water fountain, in all directions. This energy lands at your feet and begins to rise up in the spiral again. As you inhale, feel the energy rise to Keter. As you exhale, feel the energy descend to Mahl-koot. Do this for 6 to 10 cycles. Then, take a very deep breath and, as you exhale, see the energy visibly disappear, but know that it’s still there, invisibly.

*This ritual is very powerful; you may rock back and forth, feel dizzy or even fall over.

Rite to Increase Magickal Abilities & Talents



Step One: Make a sigil representing Magickal Power.

Step Two: Perform the
Opening by Watchtower.

Step Three: Sit down and work on visualizing a calendar in front of you. See the pages turn so that you go back in time, back into the past.

Step Four: When you’ve gone back a minimum of ten years, or half your age, see the pages stop turning. Now visualize yourself as you looked then. Take the time to make the image as accurate and complete as possible.

Step Five: Now concentrate on your sigil. When it’s as strong as it can be, see it going onto the forehead of you doppelganger. See it virtually “tattoed” on the younger you’s forehead.

Step Six: Immediately cease the visualization and return to the calendar. Now see the pages moving forward, back to the present day.

Step Seven: Perform the Closing by Watchtower.

This ritual will have the effect of causing a sudden and notable increase in your magickal abilities. By altering the design of the sigil, you may directly affect the way in which this ritual increases your magickal abilities. Although the ritual will not change your level of magickal knowledge, it will make you more receptive to magickal information. It will increase you ability to memorize and you understand the material.

Rose Cross Ritual



This ritual provides a curtain for your aura, helping you to regain peace of mind, if you are having trouble focusing. Use it after creating your sacred space.

This curtaining effect can also serve to induce a type of invisibility to the world around you. This is not to say that your physical being becomes transparent, nor should you infer that people who are searching for you won’t find you. But if people are not particularly seeking you out, you will tend to be ignored. Thus, you have the effect of invisibility.

This ritual is also good preparation for meditation. It works by calling forth your higher self and is, therefore, useful when performing meditation for the purpose of solving a problem.

This ritual can also be used to help folks who may be injured, either physically or spiritually. Simply build an image, in your mind, of the person you wish to assist. Plane that image in the center of the room where you will be performing the ritual. Perform the ritual while holding their image in your mind, and making them the central focus of the ritual. Draw down the Light upon the person’s image and, when the ritual is over, command the image to, along with its newly received peace, serenity and well being, to return to the actual person for whom the ritual was performed. Dismiss the image with the message to take with it the grace of Divinity. Be sure, of course, to have the person’s permission first, though.

1. Perform a relaxation ritual and, if appropriate, the LBRP. Equip yourself with a lit stick of
incense, any scent will do.

2. Go to the SE corner of your area, face the SE, and make a large Rose Cross by first drawing a line of gold light from north to south and then, crossing it with a line drawn from east to west. Next, draw a circle of red light around the cross-section in a clockwise direction. While doing this, vibrate: “Yah-hah-shu-ah,” finishing the circle on “shu” and stabbing the center of the cross on “ah.”

3. Draw a brilliant white line from the cross’ center to the SW corner, face SW, draw another Rose Cross and repeat the vibration, as above.

4. Carry the white line to the NW and repeat.

5. Carry the line to the NE and repeat, once again.

6. Carry the white line back to your starting point in the SE and connect it to the line’s beginning. Do not reform the cross or vibrate.

7. While facing NW, carry the line to the to the Center, draw another Rose Cross, above your head, while vibrating, as above.

8. With the incense still high in the air, connect the line of white light to the Center of the cross in the NW.

9. Face the SE, carry the line back to the Center, and draw a cross, while vibrating, below you.

10. With the incense pointing down, move to the SE and connect the white line.

11. Carry the line of white light from the SE over to the SW and vibrate “Yah-hah-shu-ah.”

12. Moving clockwise, with the incense above your head, carry the line to the to top Center cross and re-vibrate.

13. Draw the white line over to the NE, connect it, and re-vibrate.

14. With the incense pointed down, move to the bottom Center cross, connect, and re-vibrate.

15. Continue the bottom line to the SE, connect it, but don’t re-vibrate.

16. Using the incense, draw a connecting line of white light from the SW to the NW.

17. Move clockwise to the SE and connect the line there.

18. Return to the SW and, again, connect the line of white light.

19. In the SW, rest the incense in the center of the Rose Cross for a moment. Then redraw a Rose Cross as large as you possibly can, slowly drawing the circle as you vibrate “Yeh-hah-vah-shah” for the bottom half, and “Yeh-hoh-vah-shah” for the upper half.

20. Return to Center, face the east, “and see” the six crosses around, above, and below you, with their connecting lines. You are now enclosed in a protective sphere of light.

You may now perform the Analysis of the Keyword from the BRH (steps 1 through 11), if you wish, incorporating all of the appropriate actions as well.

If you don’t feel it’s necessary to protect your entire circle in this manner, you can simply perform the drawing of the cross and vibration in the direction where you sense there may be danger.

Relaxation Ritual
Followed by the Instant Relaxation Ritual.



1) Sit or lay in a place where you will not be disturbed for at least ten minutes. Remember to unplug the phone. Get comfortable. Your arms and legs should not be crossed. If you're sitting, your back should be straight; rest your hands, palms down, in your lap. Close your eyes.

2) Visualize a golden ball of beautiful, warm light surrounding your feet. The ball of golden warm light always brings peace and total relaxation. Wherever the ball goes, tension departs. Let it go, and as it goes, feel your feet filled with the warm, golden glow of peace and total relaxation.

3) Now allow this ball of light to rise up your legs and up to your torso. Then allow it to go down your arms to your fingers, and finally up to your neck and into your head until you are completely covered with the warm, golden glow of total peace and relaxation, and all tension is gone. If you notice tension anywhere, send the ball there and the tension will vanish.

4) Stay in this state of deep relaxation for a few moments. (Don't fall asleep!)

5) When you're ready to come out of this state of deep relaxation, take three deep breaths and feel fresh life and energy coming into your body with each breath.

Know that you can return to this state whenever you like simply by doing this relaxation ritual. If you're having trouble sleeping, try this ritual when you lay down at night instead of suffering or taking sleeping pills. Be at one with yourself.




Instant Relaxation Ritual



This ritual can be performed while standing, sitting or laying down.

Step One: Tense all of the muscles in your feet and ankles.

Step Two: Without relaxing that tension, tense your calf muscles.

Step Three: Continue on up your body, tensing the muscles of your thighs, then your hips, stomach, chest, back, arms, hands, neck and head. Hold this tension for only 5 to 10 seconds. If you get a cramp, stop immediately and massage it out, then perform a different relaxation ritual, for that time. Practice will stop your muscles from cramping.

Step Four: Suddenly, relax all of your muscles at the same time. Let your body go as limp as possible.

Step Five: Search your body, with your mind, for any residual tension. Be especially aware of your neck, forehead, shoulders, stomach, and lower back. Send a “golden glow” to any areas of tension that you find and the tension will fade

Yetziratic Sealing Rite
This can be performed in place of the
Rose Cross Ritual.



You’ll need:

One pure white candle
One stick of incense
A match or lighter

1. Face east and light the candle on your altar, before you. Now hold your fingers in 3 groups on each hand (pinky and ring finger together, index and middle finger together, thumb separate). Hold your hands as if blessing the candles and say, “Blessed art Thou, Oh Lord (vibrate) YHVH (Yud-Heh-Vahv-Heh), Ruler of the Universe, Who hath consecrated and commanded us to kinkle the sacred lights.”

2. Pick up your incense with your right hand and light it from the candle. While it’s flaming, say, “Let the whole universe know that the one God who is my God is (vibrate) YHVH!” and blow out the incense so that it just smokes.

3. Look up, write, with the incense, and say, “I seal the heights with YHVH! (see the Hebrew Alphabet for letters). Then look down, write and say, “I seal the abyss with YHVH!” Next, look east, write and say, “I seal the east with YHVH!” Turn, clockwise, to the west and write and say, “I seal the west with YHVH!” Turn, clockwise, to the south, write and say, “I seal the south with YHVH!” And then, turn and repeat in the north.

4. Turn, counterclockwise, to the east and return your hands to the above priestly blessing (hand formation and all) and say, “In this way does the microcosm repeat the macrocosm, and the whole world is blessed. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Selah! Selah! Selah! Amen! Amen! Amen!

5. Abide in the peace for as long as you wish.

Astral LBRP
Practice this ritual at least twenty times before dropping Step One.



Steps:

1. Perform the physical
LBRP and BRH.

2. Visualize yourself standing and facing yourself. Take some time to get as accurate an image possible in your mind.

3. Once your doppelganger is complete, use your willpower and have it turn to face the east, the same direction you should be facing. Nothing special, just silently tell it to turn, and it will.

4. Now, silently will your twin to do the entire LBRP. Your physical body should be in the center of the area where your physical alter is, or would normally be. Try to hear, feel, smell, sense, and visualize everything your double is doing. Keep your physical eyes closed.

5. Once it has finished, have your double sit in your lap and allow yourself to reabsorb it. Take some deep breaths to unite yourselves. Clap loudly three times to return to normal consciousness. Now you may open your eyes.

End this ritual by repeating the LBRP for the first 30 times that you perform it.

This method can be applied to any and all ritual work that you perform, and is a great way to drastically shorten the time needed for your daily rituals.
