Construction of a Dagger

The dagger represents the element of Air, the cardinal direction south,
the God’s phallus, and the Archangels Gabriel and Raphael.

Go on a quest to find a simple, short, double-edged blade with a “T” shaped
handle of either wood or metal. Paint the handle bright yellow. Paint the
sigils, Hebrew words, motto and your magickal name in either bright purple or
mauve. Coat the handle with several coats of a clear liquid plastic, such as
Varathane, to finish and protect it.

Construction of a Chalice

The chalice represents the element of Water, the cardinal direction west,
the Goddess’s womb, and the Archangels Gabriel and Raphael.

Seek out a paintable, sturdy chalice shaped like tulip. Cut a piece of string
equal to the circumference of the goblet where it begings to flare out. Fold
the string in half and mark the string on the fold. Take the folded string and
fold it in half again and, again, mark the folds. The string is now divided into
eight equal sections.

Place the string around the goblet again and mark the goblet according to the
marks you placed on the string. Connect the points with curved lines in upward
arcs. Using bright orange lead free paint, connect the marks on the goblet to the
stem of the glass with straight lines and paint over the curved lines that you drew
at the top of the glass, as well. Fill in the spaces with bright blue paint. Using
the Chart of sigils and Hebrew names above, paint the sigils into the round spaces
above the blue sections and paint the Hebrew names innto the rectangular space
using bright orange paint.

Coat the chalice with several coats of a clear liquid plastic, such as verathane, to
finish and protect it.
