Right click on your "Merged" layer in your layer pallete



and "Duplicate" it. Then Resize this duplicate by 90%.



Your image should now look like this:


Press CTRL+A and then CTRL+F on your keyboard, or click on "Selections," "Select All,"
"Selections," "Float" using the menu at the top of your workspace.



After you have floated your image, right click on the "Floating Selection" in your layer pallete
and then click on "Defloat."



Next, find your Toadies filter - either on your "Effects," "Plugins" menu or in Filters Unlimited and
select "Bitches Crystal." Apply the filter at the default settings twice.



Your image should now look like this:


With the Crystalized layer still selected, activate your Cirquelated layer by clicking on it in
your layer pallete and press "Delete" on your keyboard.



Next, click on your Crystalized layer to reactivate it and then click on "Selections," "Modify,"
"Contract" and contract the image by 20 pixels, as shown:



Then right click on this layer in your layer pallete and "Promote Selection To Layer."



Activate your Crystalized layer and then press "Delete" on your keyboard.
Activate the layer you just promoted and find VM Toolbox in your "Effects."
From the VM Toolbox menu select "Round Corners" and apply the settings below:
