This is the third tutorial that I wrote as my final assignment for
the fifth and final step in my Stepping Stones Through PSP course.

I used PSP 9 to create this image.
You will also need these supplies.
The supplies folder includes a flower bouquet tube that I created, VMToolbox, Funhouse and Toadies plugins, and the font Black Chancery.

Before opening PSP: Unzip the folder and then either open the font on your desktop and minimize it or install it into your Windows Fonts folder. Either will allow it to be available for use in PSP. Then install the plugins. (If, like me, you have Filters Unlimited, all three of these filters can be imported, rather than installed.) Open PSP and then open the tube in your PSP work area and minimize it.

Now, on with the fun stuff :)...

Open a new image of the size 350 x 350, transparent background.
Right click on the top of the “bouquet” tube, then click on “Copy.” Right click on the
top of your new image, move your cursor over the word “Paste,” and click on “Paste
as new layer.” Move this new layer to the far left/bottom corner of your new image
so that none of the transparency is showing through.

Right click on the layer in your layer palette and click on “Duplicate” on the menu
that appears.

Then, click on “Image,” on the menu that is at the top of your workspace and then
click on “Mirror.”

Right click on this new layer in your layer pallete and “Duplicate” it. Click on
“Image,” “Flip.”

Repeat this process, positioning duplicates of the tubes as needed, to fill the entire image.
Right click on this layer in your layer pallette, move your cursor over “Merge” and then
click on “Merge Visible.”

Click on “Effects,” and then, if you don't have Filters Unlimited, find "Funhouse"
by moving your cursor over the "Plugins" menus at the bottom.

If you have Filters Unlimited, the you will find "Funhouse" there.
Where ever you find it, select Cirquelate and apply the default settings shown:

Your image should now look like this:
