With your carriage boxed in, click on the checkmark to apply the cropping:


Equip your Magic Wand and, using the settings below:

and, while pressing the "Shift" key, select the large light, medium and dark green
areas in your image.
Change the Tolerance setting to 10, zoom in on the image, press and hold "Shift" and
select the strays inside of those areas.
Equip your Selection Tool, press and hold "Shift" and select the remaining pixels in the carraige's reflection.
Once you are satisfied, hit "Delete" on your keyboard.

Right click on the top of the carraige image and "Copy" it:


After you've postioned the carraige, click on "Effects," "3D Effects," "Drop Shadow,"
using the settings shown:


Right click on the carraige layer in your layer palette, "Merge," "Merge down"


Create a gradient:
Equip your Flood Fill Tool , press and
hold the "Ctrl" key, left click on a light purple and right click on a dark pink from the
flowers in the image. I used #eabcea and #de1b93, respectively. They will appear in the
Foreground and Background sections of your material palette:


Then, click on the dark circle beneath your Background color and select the tri-colored circle
(gradient) from the drop-down menu:


Next, click inside of the gradient, your "Background and fill properties" box, on your layer palette:


If your colors aren't showing as the gradient, you will need to click on the small arrow
next to the picture of the gradient on the window that opens and select "Foreground-Background
from that menu:
